Clear soup with homemade tortellini (little ravioli filled with meat) topped with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Pappa al pomodoro
The most famous Tuscany dish made from fresh tomato, garlic and bread. Served with extra virgin olive oil, Pecorino cheese and toasted bread (V)

Parmigiana
Oven baked aubergines with mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, béchamel and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (V)

Funghi ripieni
Champignon mushrooms, filled with Parma ham mousse, deep-fried and served with cheese fondue

Antipasto misto
A platter of Parma ham, Tuscany salami ,mortadella Bologna, pancetta and marinated grilled vegetables
